Let's do the math.
Let us assume a person receives a massage every other week (25 times a year) and typically pays $60 per hour. In a four week period - that person had spent $125 that month for massage. At that rate the person would spend $1,500 a year on a 60 minute massage.
If a person attends a franchise massage outlet, they will spend $49.99 for an hour massage. The total annual cost is estimated at $1,249.75 for 25 one hour (don't you get the feeling they are really 50 minute) massages. Plus to receive that rate you'll need to become a contracted member, and the franchise will likely auto withdrawal your account each month.
Now, consider this ...
First, sessions are 60-90 minutes in length. There will be no extra charges for the extra time, aromatherapy, or style of massage. If you require relaxation, deep tissue, sports, prenatal - no extra charge. If the session goes 90 minutes in length, no extra charge.
Second, every fifth session within the Jan-Dec calendar year is free! Consider the savings. $50 per 60-90 minute session, X 20 (paid sessions - remember 5 will be free!) = $1,000 for the year ... and you'll receive 5 free session! So divide $1,000 by 25 and you see that the average cost per massage session is - $40. But it gets better!
Third, if the person refers twelve clients (one client referral per month) to Optimal Health - they would receive an additional three complimentary sessions. Now the average cost is $35.71 per 60-90 minute session. No memberships, contracts, or auto debits. You choose how often you schedule your appointment. That's value! That's savings! Why go anywhere else?
If you are comfortable with your $1,500 a year massage budget - what will you do with your money? Suggestion: How about receiving more massages? (smile)
