The Optimal Health Difference

Optimal Health is different from many other establishments that offer massage.  First of all, I remain client motivated with my chief aim to help the client gain the results intended upon coming in for the session.  My focus is healthcare.  Massage is not just a great way to "pamper" oneself, but a helpful aspect of healthcare and I believe would best serve clients if performed on a regular-routine basis.

Second, I do not surcharge clients.  I will offer my time and resources to do the best I can without extra charges for my time, aromatherapy or style-type of massage.

Third, I offer to my regular clients special treatments, discounts, incentives-prizes which will serve to bring down the average cost of massage even further.

I have over ten years experience as a massage therapist helping people with a variety of conditions.  I am licensed with the state of Texas MT109650. I possess certification in swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, myofascial therapy, pregnancy massage, and medical massage in the cervical and thoracic-lumbar regions.  I will continually study and train to gain additional competencies to aid my clients.  I am here to help you.
